Contact and scope
This notice explains how RISEC Industrial handles information collected through risecindustrial.com and related business enquiries. For privacy questions, or a request concerning your information, email [email protected].
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, work email, company, the service you are interested in and a description of what you need. A phone number and company website are optional. The form may also record the RISEC page that led to the enquiry and campaign parameters included in the link you followed.
Please provide only information relevant to an initial business discussion. Do not include passwords, payment details, confidential drawings or sensitive manufacturing records in this form. Arrangements for project information can be agreed separately.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange a discussion, prepare relevant proposals and maintain the associated business correspondence. We also use technical information to protect the website, prevent abusive submissions and investigate delivery or security problems.
Submitting an enquiry requests a response about that enquiry. It does not reserve a calendar appointment, create a service agreement or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Form security and Cloudflare Turnstile
The form uses a security cookie to verify that a submission belongs to the browser session that opened it. The server checks the request origin and verification token, applies submission limits, and stores an accepted enquiry before acknowledging receipt.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. It processes technical signals associated with the browser, device, network and verification request. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for information about that processing.
The website server may process an IP address and browser information for security and operational logging. The form's rate-limiting records use a keyed hash derived from the IP address and browser information rather than adding the raw IP address to your saved enquiry.
Storage and service providers
Accepted enquiries are stored in a private server-side database. A notification is queued for the RISEC enquiry mailbox; failed email delivery can be retried without requiring you to submit the same enquiry again. Website, infrastructure, security and email providers process information as needed to support these functions.
Access to enquiry information is intended for people handling the enquiry and the service providers needed to operate these functions. When an enquiry requires discussion with an implementation provider, the information needed and any confidentiality requirements should be agreed before sensitive project material is shared.
Retention and requests
We retain business correspondence and enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship, meet applicable obligations or resolve a dispute. Records that are no longer needed should be removed under the business's retention process.
You can email [email protected] to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need information sufficient to verify the request and identify the relevant records. Applicable legal or contractual obligations may affect what can be removed.
Updates and other websites
This notice may be updated when the website or its data-handling arrangements change. Links to equipment providers, research publishers and other third-party websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
